Welcome to QAPulse by SK, operating skakarh.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, its content, code samples, tutorials, newsletter, resources, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

Code samples and open-source tools: All code snippets, boilerplates, and npm packages published by QAPulse by SK are released under the MIT License unless a different licence is specified in the source. You are free to use, modify, and distribute this code in accordance with the applicable licence terms.

Written content: Article text and tutorials may be quoted or referenced with attribution to QAPulse by SK and a link back to the original article. Wholesale reproduction, translation, or republication without written permission is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content at scale without permission;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Site components you do not own;
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code;

10. Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA)

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site;

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QAPulse by SK regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
